MOTORCYCLE RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER

• Reservation

When booking one of our vehicles, you must pay 30% of the total price of the reservation. The rest will be paid when picking up the vehicle.

If it’s not posible to formalice the contract for reasons attributable to ACE Moto Rent, the reservation will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled by the customer with a máximum of 7 days before the first day of rental, the amount paid will be returned. If it’s attempted to be canceled later, amount will not be refunded.

• What’s Included:

Price includes the motorcycle rental for the agreed time, 1 or 2 helmets, depending on your needs, and the insurance. Each bike description details if it has a tunk and if it’s for 1 or 2 helmets.

Most of our motorcycles have pone/GPS holder  Its use will be the sole responsability of the driver.

If necessary we have rental jackets and gloves in our facilities.

• Rental Time:

Rental  time will be indicated in the particular conditions of the rental contract, detailing the date and hour of departure and arrival..

• Motorcycles use conditions:

The customers must use the vehicle with the due diligence and respecting the traffic regulations. Client must take care of the motorcycle and make sure to remove the key and lock the handlebar when it’s parked.

• Motorcycle Return:

The motorcycle will be returned at our facilities before the end of rental period as agreed and specified in the contract

• in case of breakdown, accident or criminal act:

Notify an ACE Moto Rent manager as son as posible

• Insurance:

The motorcycles are insured, as required by current legislation, with basic coverages.

• Driver:

The lessor must have a driving license that enables him/her to drive in Spain and that has been valid for at least two years at the time of renting the vehicle. Autorized drivers must meet the same requirements and be licensed by ACE Moto Rent.

• Fuel:

Fuel is not included at rental Price. The motorcycle will be delivered with full tank and must be returned in the same conditions.
